Escort Cosworth Build Updated in first post. Please double check if you're running it.
  • Tagged.
  • Don't forget to signup or let Pistol know you're going to race guys!

All those laps on Rio Mini are guaranteed to be really boring and probably completely uneventful. ;-)
  • Thanks to everyone who made it for turning up to the first one. Hopefully it was a nice little taste of what's to come. I'll review the replays and stuff and update the points later.
  • Was a fun little way to jump back into the pool. Need to go review and pull some screenies when I can find a chance.
  • It was pretty fun. I managed to get lucky and miss the initial carnage, I will say that is a tough track track. It reminds me of Boomslang but with walls.
  • After the first round, which saw a the support class taken out by EXOR Serial and the main event dominated by aceCaptain Slow, the championship points look like this :

    aceCaptain Slow - 15 points
    EXOR Serial - 13 points
    RenoWrench - 12 points
    FEUERDOG - 10 points
    EXOR IMADreamer - 5 points
    EXOR Popolac - 3 points
    BSRPistolpig - 1 point
    EXOR MetalBurn - 0 points
    EXORPhantomXIII - 0 points
    Magic Bacrusto - 0 points
    EXOR JsunRocker - 0 points

Remember, with only one round down, it's still anyone's game. Stick with it and good luck to everyone for next week's round at Yas Marina in the dark.
  • Next Round :

    Wednesday 11th November
Usual Exodus Time (UET) + 15 mins
    Yas Marina Full, Night
    Group C : 1 Laps
    Group A : 5 Laps

    :-)
  • Nice work Pistol!
  • Sorry I missed it, looked like fun. I ended up having real word car problems, but I should be around for next weeks race!
  • Looking forward to seeing you there, Arsenal. Reno, that little sub-3 min video took me 4.5 hours to make .... whew
  • Hopped up my paint, and fine tweaked my tune. I'll be more ready for the next one.
  • What on earth did I hit around 1:42? I thought it felt weird, but I didn't think there was about 6 inches between the bumper-knives and the wall...
  • Just looked like the brakes locked up while the weight was over the front tyres and while the front right tyre was on the ripple strip/kerb to me..
  • Sorry again that I couldn't make it out last night. I have bronchitis and am not in racing form. Hopefully the stars will align for next week. I really wanna do some racing.
  • Electricity was out for two days after the snowstorm. Bummed I missed it but I had things to do once the power came back on. I'm there next week for sure.

    aceCaptain Slow - 35 points
    FEUERDOG - 20 points

    EXOR MetalBurn - 12 points
    RenoWrench - 12 points

  • Going through the replays and this has to be said. Metal put up one hell of a fight. ace might have finally got him, but man, Metal never, ever gave up. Incredible footage. Tempted to make a video just of Metal and Ace fighting it out.

Ha, no all those Fallout levels where from a marathon session the night the game came out, coincidentally the last night before I lost electricity. I did play for a few hours late last night, after 9PM my time.
  • Wasn't implying you got the 6 levels during race time, mate, lol. Reading it back I can see how it could be interpreted that way.
